Refund policy
We offer a 48-hour warranty from the time your item is delivered. This 48-hour period allows you to inspect the product to ensure it is in working order and matches the advertised description.
Some products may have damaged or opened packaging; however, the product itself will be in operational condition if it is advertised as a working product.

We DO NOT accept returns for products that have been correctly supplied as per listing. We kindly ask that you ensure the item selected is suitable for your intended use prior to purchase.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. If a product is returned and found to be in working order or as described, with visual evidence of proper operation, it will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
Should the product be defective or not as described, One Sixty Five will provide a replacement with the correct, functional product at no additional shipping cost to you. If we are unable to supply the same product as advertised, we will offer either store credit or a full refund, based on the customer's preference.
